Scott Smolen has worked as a Service Technician for JPB for five years during which he’s been responsible for testing, service and maintenance of scales, measuring equipment and related and connected devices. He’s most rewarded by the personal satisfaction he gets from completing a job and making equipment run properly. Scott is most challenged by new and rare equipment and finding solutions to a number of different problems. He defines himself as having a calm demeanor and a good sense of humor who utilizes an analytical approach to dealing with problems and has the ability to communicate well with people. Scott relaxes by going to the movies or the gun range, swimming and going to festivals, malls and antique shops. Thanks for five years of excellent work Scott!
